Great location near the MCG and Rod Laver Arena made it easy to catch events. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a solid night's sleep. Enjoyed having a kitchenette and a separate living area in the room. the bathroom was disappointing. The water temperature fluctuated unexpectedly during showers, and there were chipped tiles with some mould present. The toilet also had a constant dripping sound, which was bothersome. While the staff were mostly helpful, the absence of room service and dining options was a letdown, especially late at night. Parking situation was a bit unclear. we had to park outside unexpectedly. the stay had its perks but left room for improvement.

Train noise made it nearly impossible to sleep, especially early in the morning when it started to pick up. While the pool area is nice, it had some neglected maintenance, with leaves and dirt needing a daily clean. Access to the building seemed unrestricted, raising security concerns which made me wary about my belongings.
